Over the years I’ve shared a workbook with friends and clients, that offers a number of questions to ask yourself at the end of a year.

This year, I’ve updated and expanded it with new mini-essays and refined questions. The revised 40 page workbook has a poem or two, a few surprising questions, and most of all, it’s a pry bar of curiosity for opening up some reflective space after/before a year.
